Any technical support requests requiring special permissions (account creation, password resets, firewall changes, etc.) will require the use of a shared secret (such as a PIN or passcode). Please continue to submit your support requests as normal, and if a shared secret is required or needs to be created for you, our team will handle that upon starting work on your service ticket.
